Description
1. Commercial
-. Lead PS Korea in the local execution of our global strategy to ensure that
we offer standardized productized services through a strong focus on business
development and account management into Korea
-. Develop and execute the overall PS Korea business plan for all three
categories of offerings (Pay, Talent and Effectiveness) to achieve revenue from
renewals, yield and new sales at the gross margin targets
-. Assess and control costs to ensure overall costs in line with budgets to
ensure achievement of targeted gross margin.
-. Drive the business to continually seek ways to profitably increase market
share and improve operational efficiency
2. People
-. Create a positive team climate to support key employee retention and
business performance
-. Direct ongoing talent management within the unit to ensure it is in line
with long term change strategy, business and individual need
-. Coach team members to improve individual, team and PS Performance
-. Contribute to Global and Regional initiatives and represent PS Korea in
network meetings to be actively part of a global and regional network of PS
Manager¡¯s
3. Clients & Market
-. Instill and reinforce the relevant go-to-market strategies for each
sales channel (Direct, Indirect) to maximize the reach of PS to the
market
-. Foster a client centric culture within the team to seek continual
improvement in client satisfaction and a high level of cross selling across the
offerings and renewal
-. Oversee the effective execution of PS go-to-market strategies to deliver PS
value propositions, products and services in line with evolving local market
needs
-. Work closely with Consulting to ensure seamless service delivery for Hay
Group clients and sales of Productized Services through the consulting channel
4. Process
-. Implement operational, sales, account management and commercial processes to
support effective delivery of products across three categories to clients and
ensure compliance to global standards
-. Ensure Korea build a high quality pay and benefits databases in line with
global standards to ensure that reward information is based on credible,
renewable and market leading data
-. Simplify all processes in the unit and ensure leverage of the Processing
Centre is maximized to ensure the right type of client facing activity happens
at the County level and the recurring operational delivery at the Processing
Centre

Requirements
-. University degree
-. Proven track record of related competencies and at least 8 years work experience
including:
-. Strong managerial and leadership skills
-. Business acumen
-. Commercial drive
-. Client-centric outlook
-. Track record of success working in an information or productized service
related business
-. Must have the personal impact and influence to work effectively with senior
individuals locally
-. In a matrix environment that requires building and maintaining effective
relationships with a range of stakeholders locally and internationally.
-. A business that offers the full range of PS products and services, in line
with global strategy, and which works direct with clients or indirect through
relationship with consulting is very important
-. A business unit which has significant potential, a diverse and demanding
client base, including a number of multinational accounts.
