** 외국계 모바일 게임사 Technical Director 채용 ## 담당업무 - Work with other department leads to development projects, participating as necessary, and analysing technical pipelines, process, planning, and staff to create a complete evaluation. - Provide input to lead developers on the practicality of initial design goals and style. - Monitor and track milestone progress for multiple assigned projects as the situation warrants. - Participate in performance profiling, optimization, programming and general troubleshooting as necessary. - Provide technical perspective and advise senior management of competitive products and new business opportunities. - Identify tools, programs and make recommendations as necessary to achieve the business goals. ## 자격요건 - 10+ years programming experience and 5+ years as a manager. - Bachelor degree or equivalent. - A history of developing software architecture, and a history of shipping commercially successful products. - Specific programming experience on Mobile games, MMORPG, or Console games - Demonstrated expertise in the creating of best software practices, solving complex code problems efficiently, building new software technology - Proven track record of success as it relates to the full lifecycle of product development, launch and revenue success. - Self-starter, analytical, creative, highly motivated and has a visionary spirit. - Strong skills in terms of identifying and communicating goals and risks to management. - Fluent in English ## 근무지: 서울 강남구 ## 제출서류: ms word파일 국영문 이력서,경력기술서,자기소개서를 1개의 파일로 경력위주, 프로젝트 및 성과 위주로 상세히 작성하여 보내주세요. 더불어 재직회사에 대한 정보(회사 비즈니스, 전체직원수, 회사위치, 매출 등 )도 기재바라며 최근연봉(기본급+ 상여금+인센티브 등)과 희망연봉, 이직사유도 알려주세요. ##문의처: 전병규 차장 / 02-2281-6971/ harry.jeon@incoskorea.com 이력서 제출 부탁 드리며 문의 사항 있으시면 언제든 연락 주세요  |
